From my understanding the default mails that drupal sends upon registration/password recovery etc.. are text based and are left justified...
I wonder if we could somehow send html mail which would be rtled...
Just a thought...
Kudo's for the nice work!

Text emails are, er, text. They are not justified in any way, except the way your mail client decides to show for you (for example, kmail uses the first character of the line to decide on justification).

The text messages for registration are translated, so this should be fine (If you are missing some strings, open an issue on he project).

Regarding HTML mail, since this is a much discussed issue, I suggest leaving the mimemail module out of the installation profile, since it's not necessary for everyone.

hi.

just a curious question, I do sites in arabic, and I just wonder, are emails sent out by drupal fairly readable if the mail was in Hebrew? has any work been done on this in drupal6?

You shouldn't have any problem reading your mails in Arabic. It works with Hebrew for numerous sites (and I believe for arabic as well). The guys at www.open-craft.com develop Arabic Drupal based websites, try to contact them if you need more info.
