views_json exhibit style produces empty result

Hi all,

I encountered a few problems with trying to output exhibit json under d7. I am currently in the process of porting the exhibit-6.x module to d7. I attached a patch which fixed my problems. I am not sure if this is the best solution.

Especially the section added to _views_json_render_fields() in views_json.module seems to be a hack and might break other outputs. However, exhibit requested a unique id on each of the items.

Please let me know if anything is to be fixed.
