When editing a recurring fee the interval part of the form is wrong for recurring orders
because recurring orders have a different interval system to recurring products and recurring orders seem to have been neglected.

This is a back port of part of the meta patch in #992252-22: uc_recurring Drupal 7 port so if that patch goes in this issue is d6 only.
