Hello,
I noticed that playing videos via the Embedded Media Field: YouTube submodule almost maxes out my CPU. I compared this to viewing the video directly from Youtube, and on my drupal site using the provided youtube embed code (non-module), both used very little CPU power in comparison. I also tested this in three browsers: Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome 14.0.835.186, and Firefox 6.0.2 . In all three cases, it was the browser reported as consuming the CPU resources.
This would be a great module to use for my site, if not for the CPU issue. Could this be something I have configured wrong?

Chris Shilts CreditAttribution: Chris Shilts commentedSo, I tested this out on a vanilla drupal install, and still get the same problem. I even used different videos.
I'm running out of time to develop this site, so I'm going to have to find an alternate module. Unless someone can help with this.

aaron CreditAttribution: aaron commentedI've never seen this issue. Do you have a live example of this, perhaps? Or can you paste the resulting HTML in a code block for the output?

Chris Shilts CreditAttribution: Chris Shilts commentedHello Aaron,
Thanks for responding.
I uploaded the vanilla site for you to check out the issue: http://terrangamersorg.fatcow.com/vanilla/drupal-6.22/
It should be the first (and only) page you can see.
Due to the problem, I have gone with the video filter module instead, and have not had any issues with it so far.
