i can't add any term.

after disable the module, everything works fine.

Also ran into this issue. It has been fixed in the final release either.

This is a duplicate of #1284056: Entities no longer save after submitting form (taxonomy terms, comments, users, etc.) which has been fixed in 7.x-1.x-dev
