Hide the prompt text from users without proper permission

Hi
After installing this module I proceedede to the "Galleries" page as a unlogged-in user
And I was prompted "No galleries have been set up yet. Add a gallery."
But when I clicked on the "Add a gallery." it said "Access Denied"
So I think it would be nice to hide the "Add a gallery." text from users without "add a gallery" permission.
Any ideas?
