The execution of pages in the drupal 7.8 prod plattform is very slow (admin/contetn Page execution time was 152648.86 ms). What can I do?

This is expected when ftp.drupal.org has issues.

This can be caused by timeout generated in l10n_update module, which can't connect to the localize.drupal.org site fast enough.

There are some issues with localize/ftp.drupal.org servers, probably, so it is remote issue affecting your site.

Disabling l10n_update (and any other module checking d.o for updates) should help.
