Hi -

I need to make some changes to the home page layout and I am a little confused about where to start.

Can you provide a general description of how the layout is currently configured and where and how one makes changes to the outputted markup? The changes I want to make can't be made with CSS alone. I want to get rid of the three boxes at the bottom of the home page and put two boxes at the foot of the content area. I am a little confused about how Context, Fusion and Panels fit together.

Though I closing this, basically you'll want to go to the Fusion homepage for more information. Sorry I can't give more assistance. I am going to work harder on enlisting people for documentation for D7
