pixture_reloaded 7.x-2.2

This release fixes a number of small niggly issues that were introduced mainly during the major upgrade to the 7.x-2.x version and responsive design. This is not a complete changelog but covers the most important stuff:

- Noggin module selectors were wrong in the 7.x-2.1 release, this is now fixed.
- Menu bar items are now bolded like there were in the original theme.
- gmap and getlocations maps now render correctly with the img 100% CSS overridden for these modules.

We also took the opportunity to add a new theme setting for Menu bar menu alignment - you can now set the position of this menu, left right or center. See the new Menu Settings in the theme settings.
