Add filter by vocabulary plugin.

Filter by keyword is listed along side filter by taxonomy on the module main page, but I can't seem to figure out how to filter by taxonomy term. Is this currently possible? Ideally, I'd like to manage the taxonomy alone rather than having to duplicate efforts in a keyword list as well.
