#fullcalendar is the css div for the calendar. You can add max-width or max-height in your theme css file.
4) Read about firebug (firefox) or chrome developper tools (google chrome) on the internet and you can figure these things out yourself.
ps: I don't know the habbits in hong kong/china. But using caps in europe and america is a bad thing if you're asking for support. I know you want us to see your request but it has the opposite effect. Don't use caps next time or my brain will automaticly skip the issue. I read the issue queue daily so chances are big I will answer. Shouting is not needed. :)

tim.plunkettUsing custom CSS in your theme will handle this. There is also the "Calendar Height" option in the FullCalendar Style settings.
