Release notes

Maintenance release for a few minor issues.
Issue #1311690: Sorting of locations in the forecast-overview page by tjodolv: Fixed sorting of locations.
Issue #1269096: Weather forecast 9 days - Tomorrow line does not show complete day by tjodolv: Altered the way the long term-forecast displays days to include all periods up to 6 days.
Issue #1264394: Outgoing Links by tjodolv: Added rel="nofollow" to outgoing links to prevent the module from being a "SEO-driven-module". Credit links at the bottom of the page will still refer to yr.no.
