The presence of og_example makes it impossible to use other features that define node variants

This is actually a problem because of a bug/limitation in Panels (#813754: Ability to set variant machine name in Panels UI). However, the fact that OG is including this example feature, means that out of the box now, it is impossible to create or use any feature that also defines panels node variants. Considering that perhaps only 1% of users would ever use the example module, and even if they did they would likely disable it again and then create their own OG Feature... Perhaps it would make sense to move this example feature out to it's own module, so that features that define panels node view variants can still be used?
