Then, I changed node.tpl.php:

to
<?php if ($taxonomy): ?>
according to garland.
Then, it shows "Tags: " with background img "ico_tag.png" (css works)
but the terms still don't show up.
Anything wrong?

Confirmed missing Taxonomy links, which has now been fixed and pushed to the latest release.
