Group Menu block header has a link back to the group

The Group Menu block header text is a link back to the group, so it themes different in skinr than the other sidebar blocks. Is the link necessary any more or is it just an artifact? As far I know, the only place this block displays is on the group page anyway, so clicking the link only takes you to the page you are already on.
