Set default value for password field when user edit form is built

Hi,

following background: Many users are imported to a new project. These users get a role by which they are redirced after logging in to the user edit page in order to update their user information. What works fine is to empty the email field by rules form action when the user edit form is built so that they are forced to define a new email. But this does not work with password... I wanted to fill in something like "Please define your password" into the first password field - again they would be forced to create a new password. But in this way it does not work. To define the field I chose the field element id account[pass][pass1]. But nothing changed. Does anyone has an idea?
