Better Documentation Urgent for Views Substitution Problem

I think the issue "Views substitutions broken after db_safe() update" (http://drupal.org/node/1330716) will affect a lot of people. It's fantastic that a patch was created so quickly and committed. But I think it should be easier for people to learn about the problem and download the fixed version of Views.

The following would really help folks out:

1. 6.x-2.x-dev should be listed under the releases section of the project page. I was able to get the 2.x latest dev because I use Drush and I followed the normal syntax, "drush dl views-6.x-2.x-dev". But 6.x-2.x-dev should be available on the project page so that people who don't use Drush can easily get it.
2. the problem should be mentioned on the project page with the recommendation to update to the latest dev version for people with sites affected.
