However, it seems that jbase5 does not respect the "Show as expanded" menu option when rendering. Any help would be great.

jeremycaldwell CreditAttribution: jeremycaldwell commentedHi dongilbert, seems I left out the dropdown menu code and support from the theme. I'll work on adding it as it's definitely needed and I should probably switch from hard-coding the primary menu into the theme and allow for a block so the user can add any menu to that area and not be forced to use the primary menu.

jeremycaldwell CreditAttribution: jeremycaldwell commentedI just committed changes to the theme that allow for dropdown support when the menu item is set to "expanded". I also added a "Primary Navigation" and "Secondary Navigation" block region so you can place any menu block into that region and it picks up the default styling.
Be sure to download the update and clear your cache on the Performance page so it picks up the new regions. Let me know if you run into any issues with the dropdowns and feel free to re-open this issue as needed.
