If the Full Calendar is not in the Libraries section, we should have a warning that outputs this, and stops from continuing to use Views.

I didn't have this installed and I got so many errors that I can't count and this was driving me insane.

Where exactly should this be shown? admin/structure/views? The wizard? The edit page? The view itself?

There is already information about it displayed on the Status Report (admin/reports/status), I don't know that we really need to do this.

We talked about this in irc, we are going to close it.
There are warnings on the admin pages that redirect you to the report with the info you need.
