Hierarchy Select is not showing up in Drupal.

I originally installed alpha 3, but did not use it then. I just upgraded from v7 Alpha 3 to Alpha 5 (deleted contents of its module directory and copied new version in, then ran update.php). The correct version shows up in modules list. I cannot find any settings for it in taxonomy edit or in menus forms. The main forms do show up in admin/configuration.

Do you have any suggestions as to why it is not appearing in the forms?

I SEE IN THE UPGRADE NOTES THAT THE FEATURES I SAW IN THE DEMO SITE FOR MENUS ETC. ARE NOT IMPLEMENTED YET.
PLEASE CODE QUICKLY :} I LOOK FORWARD TO THEIR RELEASE.
