Autocomplete is not applying argument filters before generating autocomplete text

Hi, I have a view with a node title autocomplete filter. It works like advertised :) but I noticed that the suggested autocomplete node title text is not applying my pre set arguments.

I have a node with a title, state and city fields. I use the state and city fields as argument filters in the url. Like /state/city. so if I am on state/city/all it shows all nodes of that city on a page, but the autocomplete node title filter suggests all node titles of all cities. Meaning it is ignoring the arguments in the url.
