/user/* after login in is blank [#1353256]

Using the latest dev, I found the user/* or user/ page is blank, when logged in.

What comes up in firebug is only

<html>
<head></head>
<body></body>
</html>

If i go to user/ when i am signed out, it brings me to the login page (which displays as normal). But once i finish signing in, it brings me to the user/user-name page (as it should), but its blank.
This is the same for an authenticated user, or the admin.

If I am signed in, any page under user or user/* comes up as blank.

If I am logged out, it brings up the login page normally.

It appears that every other page on the site appears as it should.

I tried other themes and they appear to load as per normal. I tried not using mobile tools, and instead used mobile plugin, and it made no difference for the blank user page.
