Before starting to use both modules (Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation + Boost) simultaneously, I want to ask a few things:
1. Is there any known conflict between the two modules? As they have similar function, do they cooperate well or can I expect any conflict?
2. Does it make any sense to use both? If not, which shall I choose?

Advagg + Boost will work together!

I have several D6 sites that are working fine with this setup.

The important thing is read the included 'readme' notes with both!
It takes your time and planning to have the right options for Advagg + Boost!

But it is worth the effort.
