CCK Field in Newsletter Template

Hey,

I got a little problem sending a CCK Field within my newsletter.
I added a cck field -> typ: text -> widget: text
Here is what i added to the template:

<?php print $node->field_text_unterthema_4[0]['view']; ?>

Don't get it why the text isnt transferred with the newsletter, cause if I tried it in a node template, it worked without any problems :S
Sry i am new to theming and php and hope you could help me?
