I just had a lot of hassles trying to update MailChimp to 7.x-2.3. I eventually viewed the posts here and here and had to uninstall the whole MailChimp module and reinstall then update database. After reinstall, when visiting: mysite.com/admin/config/services/mailchimp
I don't see anything. Just the "web services" section.

And I am logged in as user/1 and the status report page is all green.

Have you flushed your caches? Anyways, can't recreate. FWIW, the update process has been fixed in the dev release. New release coming soon.

It would appear that the problem has resurfaced. I can't find any admin page for MailChimp. Clicking the Settings link in the module list or visiting /admin/config/services/mailchimp yield the same results: I end up on the web services page on /admin/config/services.

I use Core 7.21, MailChimp 2.10 and Libraries 2.1. Logged in as Admin (user/1), the MCAPI library's installed and the caches are cleared. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm having the exact same issue as #2. I'm using Core 7.22, Mailchimp 2.10 (also tried the Apr-16 2.x-dev), and Libraries 2.1. I re-downloaded the MCAPI library (169K file modified Apr 5) to make sure that wasn't the problem.

I flushed the caches multiple times and tried with both a standard administrator and user one. I confirmed that all Mailchimp-related privileges have been granted to admin users.

This is a local dev environment using the latest version of MAMP.

I cannot see the configuration page.

Under People permissions this is the info:

MailChimp
administer mailchimp
TODO Add a description for administer mailchimp

Please help!! my client wants to use mailchimp and i cannot configure this module. Tanks in advance.

Hello again, I solved my problem.

I found I had a problem in the Drupal Ubercart / Catalog module. I had just updated it to the latest version, 7.3.5.

All I did was to remove the module / ubercart / uc_catalog folder and replace it with the same, but of a previous version.

I do not know exactly what version it was, maybe 7.3.4... I just uploaded it from a copy of the site I had on my disk, a copy which was about a just couple of months old.

All was OK immediately.

“And now our watch [for support of the 7.x-2.x version of the MailChimp module] has ended…” With the approaching deprecation of MailChimp’s API version 2.0, I’m sad to say we too must turn the page. This branch will become unsupported in early October and officially deprecated by the end of this year (2016).

Fret not! The 7.x-4.x and 8.x versions come highly recommended. Both are using Mailchimp’s new API 3.0 and are being actively maintained. If you find this issue still exists on either the 7.x-4.x or 8.x branches, let us know by opening a new ticket. “What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger!”
