Do you mean as a comment? , or how is this usually done? I don't believe I have seen any module with this kind of information in the .info file. Usually stuff like that is in the README.txt, which probably needs some attention, but let me know of how it is done in the .info file, it wouldn't hurt to have it multiple places.
