Hi,

I tried to activate the auto thumbnails option in video module but I keep on get error

http://www.domain.com/admin/content/video/ffmpeg_helper

The error is;
Set correct path for thumbnailer

I spoke to my host provider and got installed ffmpeg

I dont know If I missed anything.

I'm getting the same error and my hosting service support FFMPEG and FFMPEG-PHP Hosting.

This is what I get when I check on "Auto thumbnail for videos"

Set correct path for thumbnailer

Any suggestions?
