Issue #1549746 by triskelion: Removing the search value preprocess function that creates bad search results.
Issue #1533684 by malaysian.selangor: Adding some padding to the pager element to avoid some overlay issues.

Also fixed a cart wrapper to avoid conflicts with the Address book module and any others that might be using a pre/suffix for checkout panes.

Added some minor style updates including a menu update to indent sub-menu links.
