On the project search page, Sandbox projects are now split from "full" projects.
However, due to our previous policy of having only one kind of project, tons of one-off projects remain as "full" and contribute a lot of noise to users of the project search.
It would probably be better from a UX standpoint to have 3 choices instead of two:
- normal full projects, not including those owned by "Abandoned project"
- sandbox projects
- abandoned full projects

gregglesThe 'abandoned project' user was a short-term hack from many years ago - now that we have a taxonomy for this purpose we should use that to filter instead of the 'abandoned project' user.

fgmSo that changes the wording of the issue, but the goal remains the same.
This being said, for an obsolete short-term hack, there is a whole bunch of projects owned by this user today : http://drupal.org/user/291168/track
