It'd be useful to suppress display of the "My Tasks" block on the "my account" page, or associate this with user roles. I don't want my membership at large to see this and get confused, but at the same time, this would be useful for members in leadership roles.

If a user has the permissions 'access all tasks' or 'access own tasks' then the block will show on the user's page (these are the same permissions that allow access to the actual page that's linked to from the user profile).
