1) support jCarousel 0.3
2) provide a jCarousel 'stage' rather than a jquery.cycle stage
3) provide better library module support for embedding the jCarousel libs
4) have proper/reasonable default styles for carousels.

Bug fixes

Completed a major push to organize and clean up the code to get it to a stable working point. A number of patches from the issue queue were applied and this should now be viewed as stable.
