help to write handler for exposed filters to choose array of existing values of CCK field

by default we enabled to choose CCK field allowed values and then multiple select.

Can anybody help to write maybe handler or something alse to have a choice in filters array of existing values of CCK fields,
LIKE allowed values but already contains all values of CKK field.
