include cck fields in generated pdf

As far as I know the "generate PDF file" link use only the body field, would be nice if also where included the other (cck) fields. In a first implementation I think this feature could use the display rules of the node, but in a later version could have its own display rules.

Maybe the field titles could be used like \section{}, and the ones in a "field group" like \subsection{}
