Release notes

This release fixes an issue with the Node Export-based import/export code that was in use for moving around Fill PDF configurations. We've switched to JSON (with a fallback to serialized arrays in case JSON is not present on older Drupal 6/PHP installations) as the format. We're moving into 2012!
