Add check to see if Boost is setup NOT to cache the /nagios page

Or whatever page you have set it to be using the override provided by prod_check.

Achieved by checking these variables:

• boost_cacheability_option
• boost_cacheability_pages

Be sure to adjust the check based on what was chosen in boost_cacheability_option.
