How to Display Data from MySql database on drupal [#1396870]

Hi All

Hope all is fine!

I have a strange issue of how to pull data from Local DB for user's who are authenticated on LDAP and have different permissions and roles.

Can any one give me a example of how to display data on druap 7 from custom tables storing user's personal information. Some user are enduser who should be able to view some tables data and edit some tables data. And this information is purely related to the user logged In.

Any suggestion and references would help!

Hi everyone

i'm new to use drupal software so could anyone help me to display a data from the database? i have already imported the data into MySQL database. My project is on student records if a student enters his/her Id no i want the system to give his/her grade. so help me.
