Add content to the request

Is there a simple way to do the following?

I am looking to use User Relationships for a relationship between an account owner and account editor. I've set it up as a one-way relationship.

When the owner of an account asks a user to be an editor forn that account, is it possible to include the name of the organization in the request and email? The requestor would select an organization from a list of organizations they are related to from a list generated by a view.

I believe the rest is standard User Relationships setup -> They'd select the user by typing in the user's username. The editor needs to accept the request. I need to show on the user's profile all of the roles they have. Etc.

I'm just stumped on that one piece of the setup.
