After resetting site, the node edit forms become broken.

After resetting a site the node creation forms become broken in that i cannot open the bottom tabs. Also, the summary and all input filter text appears on the edit forms. I've found a little solution for this. You need to go to the structure/content types/ article or which every content type you have and save the edit and manage fields tab. Then things start to work again on the node edit forms.

I have these modules enabled when the site is reset besides the standard core modules.

Administration menu - 7.x-3.0-rc1
Administration menu Toolbar style -7.x-3.0-rc1
Module filter - 7.x-2.x-dev

P.S.

I've already tried flushing the cash before saving the content types with no luck.

UPDATE:

The update content type fix only works once and then it goes back to being broken when you try to edit another node again.
