Hello,
When I go sharing a node to facebook for example it seems that the module pulls every image on my current page and gives me the option of selecting which image I want as a thumbnail for my sharing post. Is there a way to set my node's image to be the default one instead of having to scroll through all the images to find the correct one? Or even better to either just pull my node's image if it exists. If it doesn't exist either have no thumbnail or maybe the site logo. Could something like this be done?

matglas86 CreditAttribution: matglas86 commentedYou have to use another module for that and thats Meta tags indeed. The AddThis module does not include functionality like this nor is it intended to do so.
Hope you can get it working with the Meta tags module.

Selfirian CreditAttribution: Selfirian commentedDid anyone succeed in this, I have the more or less the same issue. When sharing to facebook, only the pictures in the footer and logo are available. And I'd rather have the pictures in the node and the logo to chose from. I'm using meta tags quick for SEO purposes but I don't have a clue what meta tag I should add in order to get the AddThis button to include the pictures from the node.
And a big thanks to the maintainers for this great module.

perisdr CreditAttribution: perisdr commentedYes, I can confirm that in conjunction with the Meta Tags module you can achieve that.
Setting the image field of your node to be the default picture source in meta tags helps AddThis understand which picture to show.
Feel free to close the issue.

matglas86 CreditAttribution: matglas86 commentedThanks for the response perisdr. Check also the documnetation of Facebook for this. They tell you what to include for this. And this is not AddThis functionality.
Jddeli I change status back because this is not a bug, is working as designed and you assigned yourself to fix this but I dont know if you knew what to do.

tostinni CreditAttribution: tostinni commentedUsing the meta is a good solution but you can also target a specified image on facebook using a parameter like this
It's deprecated by facebook but still working fine.
