mkesicki CreditAttribution: mkesicki commentedDid you have changed Open source version of module (from http://drupal.org/project/ckeditor) to Commercial version (from http://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-for-drupal) or you try install commercial version from beginning ?
Please check if you have
ckeditor.functions.inc
file in yoursites/all/modules/ckeditor/includes

marinefiend CreditAttribution: marinefiend commentedI am now getting this same error after upgrading to Drupal 7.10
Also now you can no longer use the SOURCE button to input your html or code which you could do before. So now when your trying to add anything that requires html you cannot add it to blocks on pages.
