Hi - can anyone help me?

I have tried the dev version and 2.0 version and get the same issue.

I have added the image cropping field to the User. When I first add a user it crops fine but when I then edit the user the image does not load and I cant adjust it.

I have also added a image cropping field to a 'news' content type and it works just fine. (see picture2).

We need this to be working on Users as soon as possible if anyone can help?

Hi, we have discovered that it is only an issue if it is within a fieldset. So we have got round it by having it separately but would still appreciate if someone could take a look. Thank you Sarah

Yep, can confirm this happens with 7.x-1.1 too.

Additional notes:
Using vertical tabs on the node edit form places a fieldset around the fields, which means that this error applies. Removing the field from any groups enables the image with cropping widget to work as expected.

I took a quick look for obvious selector errors, but nothing stands out. I'll look deeper when I have time, as this is important for one client and the bad UX of having a field outside of my nicely organized vertical tabs makes me crazy. :)
