Port 7.x-2.x to Drupal 6

Hello

Thanks for your continued work on this module. I have a Drupal 6 site that has a significant number of members / subscribers and I wanted some of the excellent new functionality with the 7.x-2.x branch.

Therefore I have spent sometime creating a Drupal 6 port of the module. I've tried to keep it as close in functionality as possible, but there are some things missing that weren't easy to do such as the fancy hiding of form elements on the list settings page (but there is an ajax/ahah handler for the merge fields)

I will attach a working patch here, that includes the mailchimp module and the mailchimp_lists modules, so far I haven't touched the mailchimp_sts module. It depends on drupal_queue and token modules.

I will update this thread with further patches, but I would also be willing to maintain a 6.x-3.x branch if you permit me.
