Mobile Tools + Locale

I have installed mobile tools and created the mobile version, Then i decided to create a spanish version of my site but the spanish domain es.mydomain.com would always direct back to the www.mydomain.com, it took me a day before i finally found the problem was with mobile tools. When it would not find m.mydomain.com it would always re-direct back to the mobile tools base url indifferent of the language, i have spent quite some time trying to get a solution to this and cant find one. Has anyone got a solution for this as i think this is quite a big requirement for mobile tools to be able to work with different languages or can anyone recommend another module that can handle languages with mobile redirection.
