We have a webform that uses a custom email template, and we have this option selected, however the email we receive is the default template. What's odd about this is we have another webform that works as expected. I have no idea why it would work for one and not the other....

quicksketchI can't help solve this problem unless it's reproducible. If you can provide steps to reproduce it I'll take a look. As is there's not much to be done to solve this problem.
