Commerce Abandoned Cart Notification

This module allows you to notify your customers by email about their abandoned their cart.

Abandoned Shopping Cart mailings generate more than 55% more conversion compared to regular email campaigns. –SeeWhy research (2011)

How it works ?

1. Go to the view page: /admin/commerce/orders/abandoned_carts
2. Select the customers you want to notify (the module does not allow you to notify a user more than once... Don't be a spammer ^^)
3. Select the component : "Notify the user of his abandoned cart" and click on "Execute"

Roadmap

• Editable shopping cart token
• Filter carts following specific merchant-based conditions (example : last login inferior to 3 weeks)
• Count e-mail notifications sent for each user, for each specific cart
• Include relevant offers in your email campaigns based on the order history of your customers
• Schedule emailings to follow up on the abandoned shop carts
• Create other event driven email campaigns linked to your database. For example, send a daily birthday mailing to strengthen the engagement with your customers. Or create your own loyalty campaigns or winback mailings (for customers that have not purchased anything for a while)
• Use content feeds to make the content in your emailings more dynamic
