Autocomplete to order results by field's boost and only then by count [#1428688]

In my project I need to order autocomplete suggestions by the search_api field boost setting.
and the current code is only arranging by the result's count.

this patch suppose to order results by field's boost first and only then by count.

maybe it could be implemented a bit better and also be configure-able... but this patch seems to work for me.
