I just downloaded this module, trying both the .gz and .zip files, but it contains only two files:

- rules_http_client.info
- LICENSE.txt

So there's nothing to enable and use in Drupal.

Same again, do you have a sandbox for files?

I looking into something that does this and could do with looking at the code.

My apologies, and thanks for pointing this out. The codes was in the repository, but not in the master branch. I moved everything from the master and made an alpha release, so this should fix any difficulties with accessing the code.
