If a view was created with multiple displays corresponding to different fields only 1 of the displays will be associated with a single field and all other displays will be ignored even when associated with another field.

Fix to allow multiple displays from the same view to be associated with different reference fields.

** Note ** You must clear your cache if you have already installed the module. Specifically "references_dialog_views"
