Multipage jump up

Hi,
I have made a really long form and used multi-page on it. The problem is tha forms components are still considerably long and then user presses the next page button he/she is left at the bottom of the form. It would be nice that on text page click it the visible are would automatically scroll to the top of the form page.

P.S. A little page menu would be nice too. :)
