I don't have the time to devote to Statistics module, so I'd like my name removed and let's add Tim Millwood since he's been devoting time and effort with #1209532: Count node views via AJAX in the statistics module.

It's a little unorthodox to make people maitnainers of stuff before they have patches in, but in this case you have the old maintainer basically begging you to take it off his hands. :)

I confirmed on IRC that Tim's comfortable being maintainer of the 7.x version of Stasistics as well, so committed and pushed to 8.x and 7.x. Yay! Thanks, Tim! :)
